    Course of Study

    LMAC-Art students are required to successfully complete five or more Conservatory Art courses during their time at Leonia High School.  Students are required to take at least one fine arts class each year to remain in the Academy.

    During their Sophmore, Junior and Senior years students can choose Fine Arts courses from the list below.  Must complete at least three of the following courses.

Induction Ceremony

  • Academy Open House: November 12, 2025 @ 6pm at Leonia High School
  • Application Opens: November 13, 2025
  • Application Deadline: January 5, 2026 at 11:59 pm. *No applications will be accepted after this date. 
  • Teacher recommendations due: January 26, 2026
  • Academy testing: February 2-5, 2026 8:30am in Leonia Middle School Cafeteria
    • STEM: February 2, 2026
    • MBLA: February 3, 2026
    • Humanities: February 4, 2026
    • Make up testing: February 5, 2026
  • Interviews start: Week of February 9, 2026

Students that do not complete all components of the application process (application form, assessments, letters of recommendation, etc.) will not be eligible to interview.
